Pork Chops and Applesauce

This recipe is wonderful and oh so easy.

My name is Sandie and I hail from Shelburne, Ontario Canada.

Pork Chops & Apple Sauce
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

- brown 4 pork chops in margarine or oil
- lift out of frying pan, place in casserole to bake
- saute chopped onion in pork chop fat
- blend in 3 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp. salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp. Worchester sauce
- add 1 1/2 cup boiling water, cook until thick and creamy
- add 1 cup apple sauce and 1 tsp. lemon juice
- pour prepared sauce over chops
- bake 1 1/2 hours. uncovered
